The Inclusive Schools Network (ISN) |

Shapes of Mind is the website of the Inclusive Schools Network, one of the five Centers of Excellence of the Inclusive Education Service.
ISN helps Quebec's English School Boards to develop effective service frameworks for inclusive schools, offering
- information,
- professional development, and
- classroom resources.
ISN emphasizes developmental approaches, those that promote high teaching/learning standards for all. A key premise is that all learners are members of the intellectual community, and benefit from challenge and enrichment.

Important Note: Requests for Daily/Advanced 5, SoundPrints, and WordSmith classroom resources have greatly increased, this year. (We are beleaguered!) To ensure that schools continue to have access to these non-profit resources, arrangements are underway to replace our central order center with local (Board) systems. Details will soon be available for each Board.
The SoundPrints (SP) on-line Text Highlighter, revised to reflect updates to the SP developmental framework, is available here to Quebec teachers.
